We only collect data you provide yourself, through the contact form or the booking system on this site:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City / property location (Tivat, Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi)
- Inquiry or booking details (service selected, appointment time, any message you send us)
We do not collect sensitive personal data and we never ask for payment card details — payment is arranged directly, outside the website.
3. Why we collect this data
We use this data solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote
- Scheduling and confirming a booking
- Communicating with you about the service (phone, email, WhatsApp)
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit a form, or the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (preparing a quote before a service is agreed).
4. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for basic functionality, as well as analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic — only with your consent, given through the cookie banner on your first visit.

5. Who we share data with

- Google Sheets / Google Workspace — internal booking records
6. How long we keep data
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for (handling your inquiry, delivering the service), and at most for as long as required by our legal obligations (e.g. accounting records). It is permanently deleted afterward.
